Who we are

Dispatch is a product of TTCLUB PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore at 17 Puay Hee Avenue, #01-01, Sennett Estate, Singapore 348119 ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Dispatch website and how we use it.

Information we collect

Contact details you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, and message, when you submit the contact form or share them with our assistant in chat. Chat messages you type to our AI assistants on this site. Basic technical information such as approximate request logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiries and early access requests, to operate the interactive demo, and to improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

AI processing

Messages you send to our AI assistants are processed by third-party AI model providers in order to generate responses. Please do not include sensitive personal information in chat messages. Chat conversations on this site are not used to identify you unless you choose to share contact details.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to run this site, including AI model providers to power the assistants and a form delivery service to receive contact submissions. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us.

Retention

We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and manage early access, and delete them when no longer required.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Reach us through the contact page or by post at the address above, and we will respond in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
